Eyelash Growth Treatment Prices
Mylash provides a consultation led service for adults concerned about sparse, thinning or inadequate eyelashes. We provide advice, cosmetic products and medical consultations for people who want to improve the appearance of their eyelashes or have concerns about eyelash growth.
Possible medical treatments include bimatoprost and other options where clinically appropriate
Every medical treatment includes a consultation and clinical assessment. We review your medical history, eye health, other medicines before deciding whether treatment is suitable.
There is no guaranteed treatment. The most appropriate option is selected following the clinical assessment and a particular medicine will not be supplied simply because it has been requested.
How much does the Mylash eyelash growth service cost?
Medical consultation, assessment and treatment service – £120
The £120 price includes:
- medical consultation
- clinical assessment
- treatment where considered clinically appropriate
- UK postage and packaging
- follow up support
- review of any treatment related questions or problems

There are no additional consultation or prescription fees.
A typical supply lasts around three months, although this varies according to the treatment selected and how it is used.
If, following clinical assessment, we cannot offer you a suitable treatment, you will not be charged for the service.
What treatments are available?
There are several different approaches to eyelash concerns and not everybody requires or is suitable for medical treatment. Possible medical treatments include bimatoprost, latanoprost, minoxidil and other options where clinically appropriate
Prescription treatment
Where medical treatment is appropriate, our clinician will consider the available prescription options and select an appropriate treatment after reviewing your medical information.
The £120 service price includes the treatment selected by the clinician, UK postage, consultation and follow up. You do not pay more because one appropriate prescription option is selected rather than another.
Prescription treatment is not guaranteed and individual suitability varies.
Non prescription eyelash serum
We also offer a cosmetic, non prescription eyelash serum which can be purchased. We may offer this is you were not suitable for any prescription but you are not obliged to take it. If you chose not to proceed with any treatment then we would provide a refund.
Other options
Depending on the nature of the problem, our advice may also include changes to eyelash care, reducing mechanical damage and breakage, reviewing cosmetic products or seeking further medical investigation where there is unexplained eyelash loss.
Sometimes the most appropriate advice is not to start a treatment at all.
What is included in the £120 price?
We have tried to keep the pricing straightforward.
The £120 medical service fee covers the complete process rather than charging separately for a consultation, treatment, postage and routine follow up.
Consultation: Included
Clinical assessment: Included
Treatment where appropriate: Included
UK postage: Included
Routine follow up: Included
Typical treatment supply: Around three months
There are no hidden prescription or dispensing charges added at checkout.
How does the consultation work?
You start the consultation online and your card is authorised for £120.
You then complete a medical questionnaire which is reviewed by our clinical team. We normally review completed consultations on the same working day.
If treatment is considered appropriate, the clinician selects a suitable option and the £120 payment covers the consultation, assessment, treatment, postage and routine follow up.
If we cannot offer you a suitable treatment, the payment authorisation is cancelled and you will not be charged.
Starting a consultation does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued or that any particular treatment will be supplied.
Why don’t I choose a prescription treatment myself?
Prescription medicines are not ordinary cosmetic products.
Two people who are both concerned about their eyelashes may have different medical histories, eye conditions, medicines or reasons for eyelash loss. A treatment which is appropriate for one person may therefore be unsuitable for another.
For this reason the consultation comes first and the treatment decision follows the clinical assessment.
Our aim is to recommend an appropriate option rather than simply supply whichever treatment has been requested.
How long does treatment last?
A typical supply lasts around three months.
The exact duration varies according to the treatment selected, the amount used and the application schedule. Some people may therefore find that their treatment lasts slightly longer or shorter than three months.
Eyelash growth is also gradual. Medical treatments which affect the eyelash growth cycle do not produce an immediate change and continued treatment may be required to maintain an effect.
Are follow up consultations included?
Yes.
Routine follow up relating to the treatment supplied is included in the £120 service price. If you have questions about application, tolerability or possible adverse effects you can contact our team.
You should tell us about any significant change in your eye health or other medicines while receiving treatment.
